Accreditation Readiness Evaluation
This engagement is a pre-assessment review designed to evaluate your organization's current standing against the EMAP standard. The review involves a comprehensive assessment of your documentation, processes, and procedures, benchmarked against the standard's requirements. Upon completion, you will receive a detailed report outlining your current state relative to where you need to be, along with a recommended timeline for pursuing accreditation in a way that maximizes your chances of success while minimizing the risk of a failed application.
The assessment process typically takes one to two weeks and may include stakeholder interviews as part of the evaluation. A comprehensive report will be delivered in four weeks, serving as your organization's guide for the accreditation process moving forward.
Accreditation Walkthrough
This engagement involves close, one-on-one collaboration with your accreditation manager and broader organization throughout the journey toward EMAP accreditation. As a process that typically spans a year or longer, it begins with an Accreditation Readiness Evaluation to establish a clear baseline. This hands-on support helps mitigate the risk of a failed application and provides an added layer of guidance and expertise that may not otherwise be available to your accreditation manager.
Time-Based Consulting
Hourly consulting is also available, covering services ranging from document review to strategic advisement. However, I strongly recommend beginning with either a consultation or an Accreditation Readiness Evaluation, in order to make the most effective use of our time together.

Following the consultation and/or Accreditation Readiness Evaluation, I may determine that your organization would benefit from additional support beyond what I can directly provide.
